We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at i4 Search Group.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a clinical setting, with active RN licensure within the State of practice and current certifications. They will possess exceptional understanding of health information structures and technology, as well as brilliant compassion, communication, and critical care skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining care standards in the emergency room, assessing patients quickly, prioritizing, and assisting in minor procedures. They will also manage the patient check-in process, perform triage work for doctors, and assist with initial insurance paperwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain care standards in the emergency room
  • Assess patients quickly, prioritize, and assist in minor procedures
  • Manage the patient check-in process, perform triage work for doctors, and assist with initial insurance paperwork
  • Communicate with doctors and patients to keep everyone updated on test results and treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel and report lab findings back to ER doctors
  • Assist in the care of traumas, cardiac arrests, strokes, sexual assaults, and conscious sedation
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a clinical setting
  • Active RN licensure within the State of practice
  • Current certifications
  • Exceptional understanding of health information structures and technology
  • Brilliant compassion, communication, and critical care skills
  • Ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment
  • Available to work 12-hour day and night shifts
