About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotels, ensuring that they are run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist the General Manager in the overall management of the hotel, including staff supervision, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • To ensure that all hotel facilities and services are maintained to a high standard, meeting the expectations of our guests.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • To work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities, ensuring that the hotel operates within regulatory compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is desirable.
