Seeking a Dedicated Personal Injury Attorney

A leading boutique law firm is looking for a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in a hybrid position based in Calabasas, CA. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on significant and meaningful cases, advocating for adults who were victimized as children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of complex personal injury cases
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for trial
  • Attend and participate in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials (second chair)
  • Collaborate with a team of Lead Attorneys, Paralegals, Litigation Assistants, and Investigators
  • Provide compassionate and professional support to clients throughout the legal process
  • Engage with expert witnesses and handle detailed trial preparations
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in Plaintiff Personal Injury
  • Extensive deposition experience (over 100 depositions)
  • Proven trial preparation experience with at least 5 cases
  • Experience in related fields such as Family Law, Employment Law, Claimants Workers Compensation, Med-Mal, Civil Litigation, or as a Prosecutor
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
  • Exceptional empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive cases
