We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at King's Seafood. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and to a high standard.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
• Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with our culinary team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food handlers card and ability to maintain complete knowledge of all cooking techniques and menu items.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
