Job Summary

The Server Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests by following the Gyu-Kaku sequence of service. This role requires a friendly and attentive demeanor, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and friendly service to all guests
  • Meet or exceed sales performance objectives
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in Japanese phrases and cultural awareness training
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand or walk for hours at a time
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular attendance and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions is also required.
