FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is a leading provider of rehabilitation services, seeking an experienced Medical Outreach Specialist to join our team at our Florence, KY location.
Job DescriptionThe Physician Liaison role is a critical position that plays a key role in building relationships with local physicians and medical clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective outreach strategies to increase patient referrals and strengthen relationships with providers and their staff.
- Cultivating positive, open, and helpful relationships among community practices, medical staff, and providers alike.
- Managing feedback and strengthening our reputation as a trusted healthcare provider.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other system functions.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare.
- Recent and direct experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment.
- A Valid Driver's License, as daily driving is a job requirement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth and development.
