Bowling Attendant Key Responsibilities

At Main Event Entertainment, our Bowling Attendant team members set the stage for an exceptional guest experience. As a key member of our team, your duties will include providing a warm welcome to our guests, serving as their primary point of contact for all activities and specials, and ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional. You will be high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable, guiding our guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable.

Key Daily Tasks
  • Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards
  • Welcoming and engaging with all guests, while being an ambassador of FUN
  • Promote and recommend activities based on a guest's needs and activity availability
  • Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls
  • Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization
  • Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection
  • Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
  • Process payment transactions and welcome our guests back
  • Maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and/or lanes; complete side duties
