We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Confluence Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN standard).
- Current licensure in the state of Washington (RCW).
- Basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, mouse usage, keyboarding, email communication, and password management.
- BSN.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
