  • Filing and scanning patient charts, ensuring timely and accurate access to medical records

**Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent communication, phone, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including scheduling software and electronic health records systems
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to adhering to all clinic policies and procedures

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting
  • Medical-related coursework or certification

**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
