Job Description

This position involves providing disability management services to high school students or young adults in a local workplace setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other staff under the supervision of a Program Coordinator to increase participant self-efficacy and independence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop a relationship of mutual trust and respect with assigned students and their families.
  • Assist students with navigating the social aspects of the workplace.
  • Acknowledge professional strengths, weaknesses, and needs of participants in the workplace setting.
  • Maintain and submit records of participant attendance and progress.
