Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Road Infrastructure Specialist to conduct a variety of highway maintenance services and other related tasks under close supervision.

The ideal candidate will train in highway/roadway routine maintenance, ensuring the safety and quality of our infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clean and clear culverts to ensure proper water flow
  • Mow and clear brush from roadsides to maintain visibility
  • Patch broken or eroded pavements and shoulders to extend their lifespan
  • Assist in storm cleanup efforts to restore roads to safe conditions
  • Repair fences and signs to maintain road signage and accessibility
  • Remove litter and debris from roadsides to enhance aesthetics and safety
  • Respond to emergency situations and operate equipment as needed
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving history
  • Able to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Able to lift moderately heavy objects
  • Be able to bend, climb, stand, stoop, or walk for long periods of time
  • Accurate eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work plans due to workload or season display
