About the Opportunity

AKE Safety Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for selling our innovative fire extinguisher products directly to farmers across the country.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $90,816+ per year, plus significant weekly performance bonuses. Our commission structure is 100% straight commission, allowing you to earn unlimited income based on your performance.

Job Description

This is an outside-sales position that requires you to be your own boss and work independently. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the agricultural or construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and its trends
