Physical Therapy Assistant Opportunity

LHC Group is a leading provider of post-acute care services, and we're seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you'll work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality physical therapy services. Your primary focus will be on helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes through exercise instruction, patient education, and goal-oriented interventions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide expert guidance on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques to enhance patients' overall well-being
- Collaborate with supervising PTs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy-related topics to empower them with knowledge and confidence

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Kentucky
- Active CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Benefits:
