Hearing Care Professional Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Professional Trainee. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our award-winning network of hearing clinics.
About the RoleThis is a paid traineeship where you will be trained on all aspects of the Hearing Care Professional role in preparation for licensure in your state. You will work closely with our clinical staff to ensure patients receive quality care and service.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive examinations to patients with potential hearing loss
- Analyze test results and make recommendations for hearing loss mitigation
- Teach patients how to utilize new technology to meet their hearing goals
- Follow up with patients to ensure successful hearing outcomes
- Perform hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings
- Participate in marketing activities and outreach opportunities
- Get paid to train and learn to dispense hearing aids

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree or above, required
- Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus but not required
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Strong relationship building skills with patients, physicians, clinical staff
