About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of products to our customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  2. Work closely with drivers to complete daily safety and administrative tasks.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of product inventory, delivery schedules, and customer interactions.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our logistics department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write in English.

Working Conditions

  • This role involves regular lifting of up to 70 pounds and maneuvering loaded hand trucks.
  • Able to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and climb in and out of vehicles.
  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
