About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Technology Specialist to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our global team, you will work closely with clients to define privacy strategies and solutions across legal, compliance, marketing, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical subject matter expertise in data privacy strategies and solutions
  • Leading all elements of data privacy strategies, from planning and executing related research to synthesizing inputs and building phased roadmaps
  • Working with local market leadership and partners on devising sales strategies aimed at growing our privacy pipeline
  • Managing, coaching, and teaching more junior consultants around privacy strategy
  • Contributing to the development of our practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology, and toolkit development

Requirements

  • Managerial experience in leading large, transformational data privacy strategies and project pursuits
  • Solution Architecture, Solution Design, or Program Management experience with a data privacy platform, tool, or process
  • Technical subject matter expertise in data privacy tools (OneTrust, BigID, Securiti, etc.)
  • Core skills in business process assessments, privacy, compliance, research & analysis, strategic planning & roadmap development, and data governance development

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $110,000 to $203,000 for Senior Consultant and $122,000 to $225,000 for Principal, as well as an annual discretionary bonus. We also offer a range of benefits, including meaningful time off and paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with a match, and highly subsidized health, dental, and vision coverage.
