Civil Engineering Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supporting project teams in planning, scheduling, and executing site and heavy civil construction projects.
Responsibilities- Develop work plans and schedules for production, ensuring cost factor goals and bid day margins are met.
- Perform laborer tasks as part of a crew, including pipe installation, excavation, site cleanup, painting, and maintenance.
- Interpret contract plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Document projects through diary entries, photographs, video, inspections, requests for information, reports, and CMiC logs.
- Process necessary submissions and track their status for final approval.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 0-2 years of engineering or construction experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driver's license required.
