Beauty Advisor

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, engaging with customers to determine their individual needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, and personalizing service to their needs.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, including the Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and troubleshoot issues.

• Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
• Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift.
• Continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying, and/or moving up to 25 lbs. during shift.
