Main Event Entertainment: Dishwasher Position

About the Role:

The Dishwasher position is a vital part of our team at Main Event Entertainment. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our kitchen and dining areas. This includes cleaning, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional Guest experiences through attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety and sanitation policies.
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware, ensuring they are in excellent condition for our Guests.
  • Sort and store dishware and flatware to prevent loss or damage.
  • Assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.
  • Participate in the maintenance of kitchen storage areas, cleanliness, and stocking to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Assist other Team Members as needed to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  • Adhere to company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.
  • Disciplined and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
  • Willings to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
