About the Job

This per diem position requires a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide age-appropriate treatment programs for clients/patients with varying levels of need. Key responsibilities include assessing patients and environments, planning and implementing care, evaluating and updating care plans, and communicating effectively with patients, peers, managers, physicians, and other agencies involved.

Requirements

  1. Education: Master's degree or equivalent in speech/language pathology is required.
  2. Experience: Equivalent of one (1) year in a staff speech/language pathologist position in a relevant work setting is necessary.
  3. Certification/Licensure: Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association and licensure by the Board of Speech/Language Pathology are required.
  4. Other: A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are mandatory for traveling throughout southern New Hampshire to provide home health care services.
