Job Summary:
HVAC Technician I is a key role in the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls. This position requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and calibrate systems.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment and ensure compliance with appliance standards
• Perform emergency repairs efficiently and provide technical direction and on-the-job training
• Keep daily logs and records of maintenance functions and assist with customer queries and inquiries

Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent required
• Valid, unexpired driver's license required
• Three years of HVAC experience preferred and refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred

Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
