Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of $100.00 per hour, which reflects the market rate for this position in the area. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

 

Job Description:

As a dental care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This includes performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, promoting preventive oral care, and educating patients about proper dental hygiene.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including assessing oral health, diagnosing dental conditions, and developing treatment plans.
  • Administer dental treatments, such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and dental prosthetics.
  • Conduct routine dental cleanings and preventive procedures.
  • Educate patients about oral hygiene practices, dental care techniques, and the importance of regular check-ups.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members to deliver efficient and coordinated dental care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any necessary referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and standards of practice.

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • A valid dental license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience as a dentist, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with patients and explain complex dental procedures in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing compassionate care.

Schedule:

Experience:
