Job Overview: As an Eyelash Extension Specialist with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing top-notch services and exceptional customer care.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on a 20-24 hour workweek, including service, membership, and product commissions plus 100% tips.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lash Artistry and Tinting
  • Upselling products and services
  • Checking Clients in and out
  • Engaging customers with world-class service
  • Sanitation and Industry standards
  • Performing additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • A current cosmetology, esthetician, or eyelash extension license
  • Willingness to learn lash application technique specific to Deka Lash
  • Ability to market skills in the community and promote Deka Lash
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • A willingness to learn and grow and continues to develop and perfect skills
