We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Total Renal Care, Inc. in an outpatient dialysis center.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Building meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • Working with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations.

  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
