We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at On With Life's Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Program.

This full-time position is responsible for providing person-centered care to individuals with brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for working with individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing occupational therapy services to individuals with brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records

Requirements include:

  • An Iowa Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
  • Two-to-three years of clinical experience in rehabilitation of persons with brain injury or other neurological disorders
  • Ability to maintain CPR certification
