As a Post-Production Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring Merchology products are professionally and purposefully shipped to the satisfaction of our domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.
  • Be responsible for batch, domestic, and international shipping of customer orders.
  • Communicate with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues.
  • Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors.
  • Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address, missed decoration, or cancellations.
  • Assist with post and shipping functions as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite, HubSpot, ShipHawk preferred
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
