About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales representatives and driving business growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives
- Develop and execute district strategy to achieve business goals
- Work closely with sales representatives to coach and counsel on sales skills, product knowledge, and capabilities
- Monitor sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure the district meets or exceeds sales targets and goals
- Set a positive tone and high standard for the district team in terms of work ethic, culture, and expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 2 years of current pharmaceutical leadership/management experience
- Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and utilize business data to drive positive business results
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
