Job Overview

Harri US is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our workforce management platform by our QSR vertical clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize their investment in Harri.
  • Monitor client usage and adoption, identifying opportunities to improve product utilization and deliver coaching/training to enhance their experience.
  • Develop and present Harri's value story using data and insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to generate new revenue and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with Harri's product and technology developments, adapting and helping to develop new features to meet client needs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role at a SaaS Software company, HCM and/or payroll experience.
  • Experience working with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concepts.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry in an operations, general manager, or other operational role.
  • Experience using G-Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk and/or other CRM tools.
