At Protean Med LLC, we are seeking a skilled Expert Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in an inpatient setting. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Estimated Annual Salary: $145,000

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in an inpatient setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. They will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication regimens, therapy plans, and education for patients and families.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatment, adjust plans as needed, and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CRNA in an inpatient setting.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare teams.
  • Able to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
