The Service Technician is a skilled professional responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of vehicles. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing complex problems, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint issues, and conducting thorough inspections of various vehicle systems.

• Diagnosis and Repair: Analyze customer concerns and symptoms to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining technical issues in an understandable way, and providing accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Service Technician or related automotive repair experience.
• Certifications: Possession of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications, with specific certifications varying depending on dealership.
• Skills: Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and manual dexterity to perform physical tasks.
