Position: Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals for the role of Practical Nursing Specialist. This position offers both day and night shifts, providing a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, which includes:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of nursing assistants in compliance with current regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures by all nursing staff.
  • Conducting regular meetings with nursing personnel to plan and coordinate services and activities.
  • Maintaining up-to-date nursing service procedures and ensuring compliance among staff.
  • Participating in quality assurance programs and assisting with facility surveys.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Providing leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Engaging with residents and their families to enhance their experience and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Nursing Degree from an accredited institution or completion of an approved LPN program.
  • A current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state.
