Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Lead Clinician. Your primary responsibilities will include leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance on quality professional services and patient satisfaction, and ensuring accurate completion of patient charts.

You will be responsible for implementing clinical protocols as outlined by our CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, and analyzing and interpreting patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice. You must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing and be licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
