The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness. As a RN, you will work collaboratively with providers and other care team members to assess and support patients' physical and psychological needs. Your expertise will be essential in providing guidance and support to patients, families, and friends, while also mentoring and promoting best practices among your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and support patients' physical and psychological needs
* Collaborate with providers and care team members to coordinate patient care
* Provide guidance and support to patients, families, and friends
* Mentor and promote best practices among colleagues
Requirements:
* Associates degree in Nursing or higher
* Current RN licensure
* American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) certification
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* BSN degree
* Experience in Prompt Care or Emergency Department
* ACLS certification
