Top Automotive Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Leader to support our daily operations, drive sales success, and foster a collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a proven track record of generating revenue and driving showroom traffic.
Responsibilities:- Sales Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, and coaching new and experienced sales staff to achieve their goals.
- Sales Operations: Support scheduling, staffing, and directing the activities of the sales department for smooth daily operations.
- Goal Setting & Support: Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to set department and individual sales targets; provide guidance and support to help salespeople meet objectives.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance, offer coaching, and develop improvement programs for team members who need additional support to meet objectives.
- Inventory & Sales Strategy: Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels meet customer demand, and help the team close deals efficiently.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure dealership policies, processes, and compliance with regulations are followed by the sales team.
- Collaboration: Foster strong teamwork and cooperation across all departments, working closely with management and staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive dealership, with at least 2 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
- Proven success in generating revenue and driving showroom traffic.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, market trends, and compliance regulations.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
