Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Leader to support our daily operations, drive sales success, and foster a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a proven track record of generating revenue and driving showroom traffic.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, and coaching new and experienced sales staff to achieve their goals.
  • Sales Operations: Support scheduling, staffing, and directing the activities of the sales department for smooth daily operations.
  • Goal Setting & Support: Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to set department and individual sales targets; provide guidance and support to help salespeople meet objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance, offer coaching, and develop improvement programs for team members who need additional support to meet objectives.
  • Inventory & Sales Strategy: Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels meet customer demand, and help the team close deals efficiently.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure dealership policies, processes, and compliance with regulations are followed by the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong teamwork and cooperation across all departments, working closely with management and staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive dealership, with at least 2 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
  • Proven success in generating revenue and driving showroom traffic.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, market trends, and compliance regulations.
