We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse RN Progressive Care at Corpus Christi Medical Center. About the Role

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Performing procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
  • Documenting the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Maintaining a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12 months applicable experience required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Compensation and Benefits
