Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Operations
    • Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all deliveries are made with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Manage delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficient delivery operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Age and License
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Vehicle and Insurance
    • Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
    • Ability to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Delivery Experience
    • Previous experience in delivery or customer service is an asset.
  • Communication Skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
