Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician

What You Will Do:
  • We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic full-time Maintenance Technician for our 160-unit apartment community located in Sacramento, CA.
  • As a key part of the community's success, you will have a hand in every resident's satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting.
  • You will work closely with residents to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • You will be part of an on-call rotation and must be able to live on-site in a company-provided unit.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of maintenance in the property management field.
  • Skilled in plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting.
  • Highly organized and able to handle work at a fast pace.
  • Proactive approach to handle emergencies and after-hour calls.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The salary range for this position is $23-25 per hour. Other compensation includes renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement, and housing discounts. The compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
