Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position for a handyman at Beehive Pros. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of maintenance and repair responsibilities for our clients. This encompasses activities such as plumbing repairs, electrical installations, carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep and maintenance. You will operate on-site at various locations, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in executing various handyman tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Proof of education, training, or licensing
- Understanding of general property maintenance and repair methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with internal teams regarding upcoming jobs and priority service requests
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness and capability to lift heavy items
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman capacity is advantageous
- Trade certifications or licenses are beneficial
