About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Tift Regional Health System. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Degree: Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Credentials: Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
