We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Automotive Cashier to join our team at Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Process customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, inventories, and other tasks assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Pleasant and professional demeanor, both in-person and on the phone
  • Computer literate
  • Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
