Child Care Center Leadership Opportunity

About the Role
The Center Director is a leadership position that plays a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment for children, families, and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our child care center, providing exceptional care and education to our young learners, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- School Operations: Oversee all aspects of school operations, including safety protocols, staff supervision, and delivery of quality early education programming.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of dedicated educators and support staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
- Enrollment and Marketing: Drive enrollment and marketing efforts for our child care center, utilizing grassroots marketing strategies, community outreach, and local partnerships to promote our brand and services.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community, promoting a sense of belonging and partnership among all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Credentials: Must be Director qualified according to state licensing regulations and hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year, based on Position, Education, and Experience.
- Benefits: Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time-off, and 401(k) (plus company match) provided for full-time employees; limited medical offered for part-time workers.
