Job Title: Occupational Therapist

At Soliant, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to clients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing personalized treatment plans and promoting independence and functional improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with various conditions
  • Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for each client

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in providing occupational therapy services, particularly in a clinical or educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
