About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Webster Internal Medicine, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Salary: $2,500 Sign on bonus for External Candidates, plus a competitive salary of approximately $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of medical support services, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective patient care directly to patients or through telephone management
  • Delivering care based on patient's specific needs
  • Planning and implementing interventions, evaluating and revising the plan as needed
  • Administering medications, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Initiating nursing interventions to maximize health capabilities
  • Consistently documenting all aspects of patient care and education

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • A current RN/LPN license in the State of Massachusetts
  • At least one year of RN/LPN experience
  • Knowledge of various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, candidates with:

  • Three or more years of RN/LPN experience
  • BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days from hire
  • Phone triage experience
  • Experience with EMR systems (EPIC)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
