Nulo Pet Food Brand Ambassador

Nulo Pet Food is a leading provider of premium pet food products. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador.
About the Role:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with pet parents in a retail environment, sharing the benefits of Nulo's premium pet food products, and encouraging customers to convert to Nulo products for their dogs and cats. Your performance will be measured by the sales results of Nulo within the stores you work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with pet parents in meaningful conversations, demonstrating a genuine love for pets and establishing rapport.
- Proactively involve pet parents by actively listening to their stories and experiences with their pets and showing them genuine interest and empathy.
- Recognize and understand the individual aspects that make each pet parent's bond with their pets unique while paying attention to important details and cues.
- Apply a vast product knowledge to effectively communicate how Nulo products can enhance the special connection between pet parents and their pets.
- Guide and assist pet parents in selecting the most suitable Nulo products for their pet's needs.
- Create lasting impressions by expressing gratitude to pet parents for sharing their stories, dedicating their time and attention, and demonstrating care for their pets.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to effectively communicate and engage with others in a friendly and persuasive manner.
- Empathy and attentiveness in listening to customers' personal pet stories that allows you to ask meaningful questions and shows your genuine care for their experience.
- Goal-oriented mindset and proactive attitude towards professional growth - you actively seek and embrace coaching and continuous development.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality that shows you have a genuine interest in connecting with pet parents in a retail environment and learning more about their pets.
