Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Operate pharmacy equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies, and completing paperwork and documentation.
  • Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Meet all state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, including minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure.
  • Obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification within 9 months of job entry.

Additional Information:

  • The hourly wage range for this position is $17.50-$21.50.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
