We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Southern Oaks Apartments in Stone Mountain, GA. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our community's amenities.

About the Role

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with employer match, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease apartments by greeting prospects, showing units, taking applications, and ensuring timely lease renewals
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our community
  • Maintain a clean and organized office, models, and market-ready vacancies
  • Market our community through social media platforms and local businesses
  • Develop an online presence by engaging with new followers and creating content featuring property highlights and events
  • Analyze market trends and contribute ideas to improve resident satisfaction
  • Conduct monthly market surveys and maintain accurate resident files

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Previous experience in a sales or service-related industry is preferred but not required.
