Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our cashwrap area, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of cashiers to achieve sales goals and deliver a world-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cashwrap operations, including cash handling, transactions, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a team of cashiers to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Provide training and coaching to cashiers on sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures
  • Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a cash handling role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
