Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Trailer Transport Specialist to join our team at Blue Compass RV. With over 100+ dealerships across the country, we offer a unique opportunity for growth and advancement in the RV industry.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $15.00-$18.00 hourly, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

As a Trailer Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for transporting trailers to and from service areas and the lot as needed, rearranging units throughout the lot, and ensuring window prices are installed and removed as instructed.

You will also be responsible for writing work orders, tracking problems, and ensuring units are in proper working order. Additionally, you will sweep, pick up trash and debris, empty garbage cans, and maintain a clean and professional appearance on the lot.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Park and move RV units in a timely fashion
  • Skill in installing and removing window prices
  • Able to write work orders and track problems
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Fuel and propane check and refill
  • Staging Units Check-in new units when they arrive from the factory
  • Running errands for parts or supplies
