Job Overview

Mission Resort & Club, owned and operated by MMI Hospitality Group, seeks a talented Executive Chef to join their team. With a rich history in southern hospitality spanning over 66 years, MMI Hotel Group is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with the ability to work hands-on with team members. As a key member of the food service management team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and scheduling kitchen staff for both the Banquet Kitchen and restaurants. They will also have significant input on menus and be expected to work nights and weekends.
