Healthcare Quality Manager

Job Summary
Alliant Health Solutions is seeking a State Quality Manager to join our team. As a State Quality Manager, you will be responsible for conducting state-level assessments, reviewing data, and engaging with stakeholders to identify quality initiatives and improve healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct state-level assessments to identify quality initiatives and improve healthcare outcomes
- Review data to inform quality improvement initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders, including long-term care facilities, to improve healthcare quality outcomes
- Lead and guide the use of quality improvement methodology, implementation science, and healthcare facilitation to understand, measure, and predict contract performance
- Collaborate with Clinical Aim Subject Matter Experts and QIN-QIO leadership to enhance quality improvement activities
- Track and monitor data entry within designated Alliant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or CMS system
- Conduct onsite technical assistance to support quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, education, or other related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience in using project management techniques, leading projects, developing relationships, and partnering with a variety of staff
- Master's degree in healthcare management, Public Health, or other related healthcare discipline and/or certification in healthcare quality
